A free event at REI Fort Worth to learn all the secrets of the Trinity River Paddle Trail. Representatives from the Trinity Coalition will give a presentation about the 130 mile long Trinity River Paddle trail including how to access the trail and how to use the new website and interactive tools to make the most out of every trip.

Sunday

Frasier Dam Recreational Area is a hidden gem along the Trinity River. Come join us on a hike along the nature trails within the area. We will check out Frasier Dam itself, locate the launch points and portage trail for paddle craft, and discover the beauty of this once forgotten watershed.

March 9, 6:15PM Our first full moon paddle of the year is a SUPERMOON. Join Trinity Coalition and Adventures Unlimited Paddling Co. for a FULL MOON Urban PADDLE as we celebrate the WORM MOON on the Trinity River in Fort Worth. Celebrate the coming of spring on the Trinity River Paddle Trail and enjoy city lights and the glory of the full super moon.

Join Trinity Coalition at our booth at TRWD Flyfest 2020 on the Clear Fork of the Trinity River in Fort Worth. Sponsored by the Tarrant Regional Water District. Whether you are an experienced angler or have never touched a fly rod, this fun day in and along the Trinity River in Fort Worth has something to hook everyone in the whole family. To create an optimal angling experience, the Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) will release 1,800 lbs. of Rainbow Trout in the festival location in addition to the nearly 3,000 Texas native fish stocked annually.

THIS EVENT HAS NOW BEEN CANCELLED due to launch closures at our back up location. The waters have risen to the point that all of the Nature Center launches and all of Lake Worth are closed to boat traffic including kayaks until further notice

Friday

Join Trinity Coalition and Adventures Unlimited Paddling for a Sunset Paddle Adventure. Come watch Lake Arlington transition from day to night with a spectacular view of the sunset from a secluded island beach. Then enjoy the amazing beauty of the lake from kayak as darkness descends and the water turns to glass. We will check in at 6:00 launch at 6:30 and paddle across the lake to our favorite beach on the island. There we will take a break and enjoy snacks while we watch the sun set. Then we will turn on out boat lights and paddle around the island to check out the cove, then paddle home in the evening dark.
